We looked around and realized that everyone was asking for years of experience, yet no one was willing to give young talent a chance to gain it. The market was saturated, competition was high, and waiting for the “perfect job” was no longer an option.
So we chose a different route.
We decided to build our own experience, our own platform, and our own impact.
