• Second installment: 25% after 1–2 weeks during project review

• Final payment: Remaining 25% upon project completion

This ensures that you’re investing gradually as we deliver tangible progress, and we maintain accountability throughout the process.

3. Project Initiation

After the initial deposit is received, we begin work immediately.

For web projects:

• Your domain and hosting setup begins during this stage

• Work is done directly on your accounts, ensuring full control and security

• We keep you updated regularly to gather feedback and approvals

4. Deployment & Review

Once the project is ready:

• We deploy your website live

• Conduct a thorough review with you to ensure all expectations are met

• Make minor adjustments and refinements as requested

We maintain close supervision of your project for up to one month after deployment to ensure smooth operation and resolve any issues that may arise.

5. Hosting Options

We offer flexible hosting solutions tailored to your needs:

1. Your Own Hosting Account:

   • You can create an account with Namecheap or Hostinger, and we’ll work directly on it to set up your website.

2. Company Hosting:

   • We can host your website on Choneize’s company servers at a discounted rate

   • We handle all technical setup and ensure optimal performance

6. Project Completion & Support

Once your website is live and approved:

• Final payment completes the process

• We provide ongoing support for up to one month post-deployment

• Guidance on managing content, emails, and hosting is provided as needed
